Investment Details
- Franchise Fee: $20,000 + HST
- Store Opening & Training Fee: $25,000 (includes merchandising, setup, and grand opening support)
- Royalty Structure:
o 2% of Grocery, Beer & Wine, and Home Meal Replacement (HMR) sales
o 1% of Net Lottery sales
o 1% of Tobacco sales - Development Costs: $150–$250 per square foot, depending on site conditions and store size.
- Local Marketing: Minimum $5,000/year fixed spend. (No national brand fund at this time.)
